France Visa Requirements

• Covering Letter explaining your trip, including your name and professional designation.

• Fully completed and signed visa application form with a photo pasted in the designated space.

• Last six months of personal bank statements, stamped and sealed by your bank.

• Last six months of company bank statements, stamped and sealed by the bank (if applicable).

• Proof of Employment or Income, such as recent pay slips or a company GST certificate.

• Copies of personal and company Income Tax Returns for the last three years, if available.

• Clear copies of your passport and any previous visas for other countries, if available.

• Copies of your flight reservations, hotel bookings, and a detailed day-to-day tour itinerary.

• If visiting someone, a signed invitation letter along with a copy of their passport.

• Proof of travel insurance that meets Schengen area requirements.

• A printout of your VFS appointment confirmation.
